Aerobics: Musical way to reduce weight


Are you people fed up with over weight? Are you thinking how to lose weight? Now here is way to burn extra fat by dancing your way through. You can do it by Aerobics.

If you can’t beat hogging and think you can’t take eyes of your favourite food, no Problem. You can still munch and stay in shape. Wondering how? Again I would say its Aerobics. Now if you are wondering what is Aerobics? Stay with me all young and the old lads; let’s shed weight together by shaking our bodies to rhythmic music.

Aerobics is a musical activity which can also be called as cardiovascular exercise that helps out to:

  • Reduce weight, Blood pressure, risk of stroke or Heart attack, Endorphins etc.
  • Strengthen the heart muscle.
  • Increase ability of using oxygen in high level
  • Relieve stress easily.
  • Gain flexibility, balance and fitness.
  • Reduce Soreness, Tension, and Aches.

Now let’s come to the toughest part of all, How to start (I know it’s tough!) Aerobic segment?

Aerobics exercise consists of different phases and levels. As starter, never go for a kill! Since that may affect your muscle and you may even be down with fever and injuries.

warm upStart with Warm up for 5 -10 minutes initially by marching in place and step touches where it also embraces stretching exercises that helps out in muscle flexibility. Common Exercise comprises light jogging, grapevines, leg kicks, calisthenics, lunges and/or various dance movements. Once done with your aerobic session never forget to warm down lastly for 5-10 minutes which gradually slowdowns the heart rate and blood flow to the muscles. Warm down exercises like body stretching, deliberate and less powerful movements allow body to get better equipped.

cyclingIf you need more activity to balance your fitness then you can opt for Aerobic sports like cycling, hiking, running, tennis and many more. No doubt this would help you out to add muscle and tone your body.
